A Kickboxing sash is gained through a combination of skills. Technical sets are only one part of the grading but must be repeated each time you grade to show improvement from last time.

The grading sets are designed to test your knowledge of the art, control, flexibility and fitness amongst other things. Each set can be done alone, with your partner or another student that is grading.
